Tenda Router Login at 192.168.0.1
Tenda’s AC, F and N series all default to 192.168.0.1. Newer firmware also answers on tendawifi.com, which is printed on the box.
The Tenda login is different
Open http://192.168.0.1. Tenda’s panel is unusual in that most models ask only for a password — there is no username field at all, which catches out anyone expecting the usual admin / admin pair.
The default password is admin on units that ship with one. Others prompt you to create a password on first boot instead. If the page asks you to set one rather than enter one, the router is new or has been reset.
Finding your way around
Tenda’s interface is lighter than most — easier to navigate, at the cost of exposing fewer options than a D-Link or Netgear panel.
Wireless Settings
WiFi Name & Password lives here, along with the security mode. Choose WPA2-PSK or WPA3.
System Settings › Login Password
Change the admin password. Do this immediately if the router still accepts admin.
System Settings › Firmware Upgrade
Tenda ships fewer updates than the larger brands, which makes a strong admin password more important, not less.

The address moves in repeater mode
This is the single most common Tenda support question. A Tenda unit configured as a repeater, extender or WISP client gives up 192.168.0.1 and takes an address assigned by the upstream router instead.
If you have set the unit up as an extender and can no longer reach it, look for it in your main router’s connected-device list. Whatever address appears there is now its admin address. A factory reset also restores 192.168.0.1, at the cost of the extender configuration.
