If you are writing about a specific router, including the brand, the model number from the label, and the exact address you tried makes it far easier to give you a useful answer.
Things we cannot help with
We cannot recover a forgotten admin password remotely — nobody can. If the password has been changed and no one remembers it, a factory reset is the only route back in, and that is true regardless of who you ask.
We also cannot access your router or your network. Everything on this site is something you carry out yourself on your own hardware.
Corrections
If a default credential or an address on this site is wrong for your model, please say which page, which model, and what the correct value is. Those emails get priority.
