Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and what it does not do with it. Last updated September 2026.
The short version
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell data. The information described below is the ordinary technical data any website receives, plus basic analytics.
What is collected
Server logs. Our host records the usual request data: IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, and the time. This is standard for every website and is used for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics. We use analytics to understand which guides people find useful. This tells us page views and rough geography; it does not tell us who you are.
Email. If you write to us, we keep the message so we can reply and so we can check any correction you have sent.
Cookies
This site sets cookies required for it to function, and analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
What is not collected
We never see anything you do inside your own router’s admin panel. That traffic goes from your device to hardware in your home and never touches this site. We do not ask for your router password and you should not send it to us or to anyone else.
Third parties
Analytics and hosting providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell or trade personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@192-168-0-1.net and we will action it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
